Unlocking Gaming Success: Quality Gaming for Future Wins! 🎮

Hope you're all good! 👋 I've been checking out the gaming scene lately and wanted to share some thoughts with you in simple words.

So, here's the scoop: Some gaming companies are having a tough time, and others are letting go of many employees or making them do a bunch of work. Not cool, right? When I joined the gaming world in 2021, I thought Pakistan was headed for a big gaming party. But guess what? By the end of 2023, lots of companies were saying goodbye to their experienced team. What's up with that?

As a QA and Producer, I've noticed something important. Companies are all about making lots of games super fast, but they're kind of forgetting about making them good. Why? 'Cause they're focusing more on quantity than quality.

Now, let's keep it real: Game QA and Game Designers are also important departments. Some companies and people might not realize it, but these two groups are the backbone of the gaming world.

Back in the day, gaming companies used to create cool stories for their games, thanks to awesome Game Designers. But now, it seems like they're just copying what's already popular. Trends are cool, but how about we let our Game Designers come up with fresh ideas? People want something different to play.

As a QA, I've played a bunch of games, and you know what? Many of them don't have a good story or quality. When people play a game, they stick around for two things: the story and how good the game is. Yeah, cool graphics matter too, but let's save that chat for another time.

Companies need to get that Game Designers and QA are like the secret sauce. Sure, good graphics & ASO departments get people to download a game and developers make an awesome game, but it's the story and quality that keep them playing. And guess what? That's how companies make money.

So, let's all agree: QA and Game Designers are also important departments of the Pakistan Gaming Industry. Let's give them the importance they deserve!
